Poor taxi service. I mean if I stood on the side of the road in Jo’burg it would take less time to hail a taxi.
BUT both these New York cab drivers and the gentlemen taxi drivers in Jo’burg do both happily hock up a casual greenies and spit it out the open door in peak traffic.
